At any time the person you need could be in any one of these locations - e-mail is directly routed to the individual best placed to answer your communication - it could be that the office you call is not staffed at a particular moment in time and the individual is in any one of these alternate locations - but e-mail (or our support forums) are constantly monitored. In point of truth operating this way we have staff able to respond more hours per week than most IT companies you will encounter and attempt to respond to all contact very, very quickly !

Use this email if you have any issues registering or upgrading your product - or you are having problems converting your demo version into live use (i.e. You get our watermark/stamp/logo) on your newly created documents still and you have tried to install your product with your serial number.
Please ensure you supply your purchase info and Order details in your email - your serial number alone is insufficient !
